Welcome to Fern Hill Therapy 

I am Sara K. Elushik, LCSW. I was blessed to have grown up in the midwest, surrounded by ferns. I loved to sit by them in the woods and I found so much peace. I hope to offer space and direction for children and teens to find peace as well. 

I graduated from Grand Valley State University (Michigan) with a bachelor of science in psychology. I continued my education at Western Michigan University with a Master of Social Work. I spent a few years as a foster care worker and as a medical social worker. As our family grew, I became all in as a full time mom and foster parent. 

At Fern Hill Therapy, I bring educational and experiential knowledge to work with teens and young adults. I utilize art therapy, somatic therapy and cognitive-behavior therapy to meet you where you are.
